Even though summer is coming to an end neon is still in, but using it a certain way is key. When you wear neon you do not want to over do it with to much neon. You have to first pick out an outfit that is very basic. For example white t-shirt and blue jeans. Then once you have gotten that far you may add in a neon touch. Like a bracelet or a necklace, even a neon polish would have just the right amount of neon for your outfit. Now if you are using a neon polish you can add in a basic accessory like a leopard scarf or leopard bag. Nothing to over the top would be just fine. If you'd like to add neon in to you shirt or jeans doing something like a neon collar shown in the picture or you could choose a bright sea-foam green jean. Anything is possible with neon if you don't over do it.
